James is an excellent realtor. I had very specific things I was looking for that were not easy to find. James never tried to push a house to make a sale and was the first to point out issues with a house. When I did find a house, he negotiated very well and followed up continuously. After the sale, he helped do a few things with the house and has continued to follow up which is rare.
